Vanilla totem (Pillager Outpost drop) saves you from death once. Totem Overhaul adds variants — Frost Totem (freeze attackers on save), Fire Totem (burn attackers), Lightning Totem (call lightning), Healing Totem (full heal + regen). Each crafted from base totem + elemental ingredients.

- Hold elemental totem for combat death-save with bonus
